Emily Matson (MPH ’10)

The BACCHUS Network has awarded Emily Matson as the 2011 Advisor of the Year. This is an annual award given to advisors who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to motivate and educate the student body and campus community and who promote the BACCHUS philosophy of empowering students to positively influence their peers. Emily is the Course Coordinator for Alcohol & College Life at the Rothenberger Institute in the School of Public Health, where she supervises undergraduate teaching assistants.

Lisa Pogoff (MPH/MSW ’85)

Lisa Pogoff has been elected to a 3-year term on the board of directors of Rimon: The Minnesota Jewish Arts Council. Rimon promotes and enhances Jewish identity through arts and culture, supports arts and artists who broadly explore Jewish themes, and assists the greater Jewish community in developing a collaborative involvement with the arts.

Melissa Bachman Ugland (MPH ’98)
